How to Refill Ink for a Light-Sensitive Stamp:
Method 1 (Standard Method):
1. Open the light-sensitive stamp and the ink bottle. Gently tap the ink onto the stamp design evenly.
2. Let the stamp sit for about 10 minutes to allow the ink to be fully absorbed.
3. Use a tissue (preferably a non-shedding type) to gently blot away any excess ink from the surface.
4. Test the stamp on scrap paper multiple times. It’s normal for the ink to be uneven initially—just keep stamping until it stabilizes.
5. Once there’s no excess ink and the lines appear clean, the stamp is ready for use.
Method 2 (Alternative Method):
This method uses more ink and requires a longer waiting time. You can choose the method that suits your preferences!
1. Unscrew the handle of the stamp and carefully remove the white cylindrical part inside.
2. Add ink to the circular black center. Allow 3–5 minutes for absorption before adding more ink.
3. Repeat the process several times, ensuring the ink fully penetrates the stamp. Test it on scrap paper between applications.
4. This method refills ink from the back of the stamp, allowing complete penetration into the surface. Although it uses more ink, it lasts longer. You can also combine this method with the first one for better results.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
Products received with broken glass, dented shades or frames are not considered defective and cannot be returned. In this case, we will replace the glass or shades at no additional charge.If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the item, we will treat it as a normal return and charge up to 35% of the return fee. We also reserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping charges from refunds.
3. When will I receive the refund?
